1. General Information These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MyHomePilatis website and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products MyHomePilatis sells a home Pilates board — a physical fitness product delivered to your home. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are placed through the website.
  • Payment is processed securely through a certified payment provider.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Israel only.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and availability.
  • Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Cancellations In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), customers may request a cancellation within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price (or 100 ILS, whichever is lower) may be applied, as permitted by law.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • MyHomePilatis is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of the product.
  • Please read all instructions before use.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will find a solution.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Israel.
